My stay at Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse was quite nice. The hotel boasts a fantastic central location and elegant rooms, but I did notice it could be a bit noisy at times given its proximity to the main road. The service was genuinely really good, as the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.
